sugarcane syrup. It is made by concentrating the sugarcane syrup over heat for
a prolonged period of time until it thickens. Then it is left for sometime so

usually fond of sweets and Jaggery may be a better option for them instead of
using candies ice-creams.

itself. There are many flavors of Jaggery available in the market.

It is pure carbohydrate when it comes to nutritional value
